Our knowledgeable and dedicated team strives to provide our clients with accurate and reliable data in a timely manner. Our highly trained and educated laboratory staff has extensive knowledge and experience in microbiological analysis of various environmental matrices and efficacy evualuation of devices and processes.

Our +12,000 square foot laboratory is dedicated to the advanced microbiological testing of water samples, solids and chemical matrices, food and consumer products, environmental samples, and proprietary devices and processes.

We are located in Gainesville, Florida and service clients throughout the U.S. and Internationally.

We have closely collaborated with local, state, government, and private agencies on pathogen detection and environmental pollution and remediation projects. These agencies include the CDC, EPA, US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Energy, US Geological Survey, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Army, and numerous State and private research institutions and Universities. BCS has extensive publication on the collaborative research studies we have participated in. Additionally,  BCS laboratories conducts studies for product performance certifying agencies and entities using ASTM, ANSI, JIS, and/or NSF standerized protocols. BCS Laboratories works closely with national and international certifying agencies and its clients to ensure that product efficacy data are accurate and fully representative of actual performance. 

We actively collaborate and perform contract research, validation, testing, and/or certification studies.  These include studies for customers with novel biocides, antimicrobial processes, water and/or air purification devises, and any products that have microbial and/or chemical reduction claims. We have assisted many companies and proprietors validate their claims and provide their clients with data reported from an ISO17025 accredited facility.  We actively conduct studies to certify product claims against a variety of ASTM, JIS, NSF, and ANSI standards.  We also conduct antimicrobial disinfectant and sanitizer efficacy testing as per EPA, ASTM, and AOAC methods using both GLP and non-GLP test protocols as per clients request.
